It was 3 years back when a Canada based Ice Sculpture and Chocolate Fountain Company hired Cygnet’s internet marketing services called SEO-First. Cygnet Re-launches its Website in a New Avatar

Cygnet on 14th Dec, 2012 re-launched its website in a new avatar with an aim to endow visitors with complete information of the services which Cygnet has expanded over the years and provide innovative and fresh interface to them.

The new website has been developed on Umbraco 4.0 CMS and the graphical makeover has been done using Adobe Photoshop to provide user-friendly designs and navigations for a better browsing experience and cater to all the requirements of visitors at a single place. It contains services portfolio, technology expertise, forte and information about career opportunities at Cygnet to help visitors get all the information appropriately at a few clicks.

Cygnet Scores a Century in Blood Donation

106 units of blood
were donated voluntarily by Cygnet employees at the annual blood donation camp organized by Prathama Blood Center.

This was the largest number achieved in the last 3 years that Cygnet has organized this camp in its premises. The exhuberant Managing Director, Niraj responded, " My heartfelt thanks for the amazing tremendous response to the Blood Donation camp today. I appreciate it a lot and lack words to describe my gratitude to you all."

Prathama's team leader for event, Mr Ashish Jadhav said,"It is difficult to procure blood during the holiday season since people are travelling or not available. Therefore, receiving such a large number of blood units from Cygnet Infotech is highly appreciated. We look forward to an even higher number in future."

Theme & Project Based Rangoli Competition on Diwali 2012

When Diwali, the festival of light was looming, it was a time of celebration at Cygnet. This year Cygnet decided to celebrate the festival with the employees in a different and innovative way. The celebration was split up into many activities and events based on themes which included a traditional day celebration, workspace decoration competition and rangoli competition.

Since Rangoli is considered as a  traditional symbol of Diwali, many employees were quite enthusiastic in showing their flair and creativity in Rangoli competition. But with an idea to promote innovation and ascertain  conceptualization of employees, Cygnet announced a project and theme based Rangoli competition wherein participants were supposed to highlight either a project or technical aspect in their Rangoli or demonstrate a process or concept in the design.

Beside the Rangoli Competition, employees also excitedly participated in the Workspace Decoration Competition wherein they decorated their work areas with different stuff depicting their technical projects and processes.

Cygnet Returns from StarWest 2012

The premier Software Testing and Review Conference - StarWest2012 was held in Anaheim between September 30 and October 5, 2012. Cygnet Infotech exhibited at the event and demonstrated its QA and Software Testing services along with its Testing Tools and Solutions to the industry experts and peers in the test and QA community. The 6 day long event provided a good platform for Cygnet to meet and explore solutions for the attendees.

The launching saw great interest from Automation experts as well as Tester trying their hands on automation for the first time using TestingWhiz™.The hands-on demo at the booth allowed many visitors to use the tool and try out its technology.


On the whole,  StarWest2012 gave Cygnet, a huge opportunity to expand the horizon of its software testing capabilities and network with hundreds of  peers to solve problems, collaborate, and share fresh ideas.

Cygnet is now excitedly looking forward to presenting again at StarEast 2013 at Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando-FL, from April 28 - May 3, 2013

GITEX, one of the largest trade events opened its doors on 14th Oct, 2012 at Dubai Exhibition and Convention Center under a theme 'Where Technology Meets Business'.

The opening ceremony was commenced with a Royal arrival of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, crown prince of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who walked through various countries Pavilions and Stands. India’s Minister of Human Resource Development and Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Mr. Kapil Sibal also paid a visit to the Indian Pavilion.
